Warranties and Policies
Our Commitment
We solve wildlife problems correctly, humanely, and for the long term. Our exclusions prevent repeat issues—not just quick fixes.
-
We don’t kill wildlife. That’s not how we solve problems.
Every job is designed to remove animals safely and keep them out permanently—without lethal methods. In the rare case where an animal is severely injured, suffering, or poses an immediate safety threat and there is no other legal option, we work with wildlife authorities to prevent further harm. These situations are extremely uncommon.
What this means:
We don’t offer lethal control services.
Prevention and exclusion come first, always.
We’ll turn down work rather than compromise our standards.
Our solutions protect people, property, and wildlife—not just one at the expense of the others.
-
All wildlife exclusion repairs are backed by a minimum one-year warranty (or the life of the materials used, whichever is longer).
If the species we were hired to address gains access again through an area we sealed, we will return and correct it at no additional labor cost.
-
For customers who choose a Full Home Exclusion, we provide expanded coverage designed to protect the structure as a whole.
During the active warranty period:
Wildlife will not enter the home through existing entry points.
If an animal does gain access through a previously sealed area, we will fix it at no additional charge.
Annual renewal inspections are available to keep coverage active and ensure your home stays protected over time.
-
Wildlife behavior and building structures can change over time. While we take every reasonable step to prevent re-entry, no wildlife service can guarantee that animals will never attempt to return or create new access points elsewhere on the structure.
Our warranty applies to:
Areas we worked on
Conditions present at the time of service
It does not cover:
New openings caused by storms, construction, or normal building wear
Wildlife activity outside the home (under decks, behind shutters, detached structures) unless included in the original scope
Damage that existed before service or was unrelated to the exclusion work
-
To keep services running smoothly and warranties valid:
Please allow reasonable access to the property.
Keep children or pets away from the work area or nuisance wildlife.
Do not disturb traps or exclusion materials.
Let us know before attempting any construction or repairs near sealed areas.
-
We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, and treat your home with respect. If something isn’t right, we want to know—and we will work with you to make it right within the scope of your service.
-
All services are custom-quoted after inspection based on species, structure, access points, and scope of work.
An inspection fee of $100 is due at the time the appointment is made and is fully credited toward any work you choose to have done.
Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or check; trapping services require payment in full before work begins, and exclusion work requires a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion.
-
We schedule appointments based on availability and weather conditions.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or access issues. We’ll communicate any changes as soon as possible.
-
Narby Bird and Wildlife Service carries appropriate insurance and complies with all Colorado Parks and Wildlife and federal regulations.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural damage unrelated to wildlife activity
Damage caused by wildlife before our service begins
Issues resulting from customer modifications to sealed areas
Wildlife activity on neighboring properties or in areas outside our scope of work
-
We do not provide wildlife rehabilitation services, but we work with licensed rehabilitators when animals need rescue or medical care.
We do not offer lethal control or pest control services (insects, rodents inside structures).
We do not remove dead animals from roadways or public property—contact your local animal control.
-
Narby Bird and Wildlife Service does not operate as a wildlife rehabilitation facility and does not provide medical treatment or long-term care for wildlife.
If you request that an animal be transported to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, we can arrange this when legally appropriate. A 10% coordination and handling fee applies on top of our standard service fees. This covers professional handling, transport time, fuel, materials, and administrative coordination.
Rehabilitation acceptance is determined solely by the licensed rehabilitator and applicable regulations. Availability is not guaranteed.
